National FOP President Yoes was the Keynote Speaker during the Fallen Officer Memorial Monument Dedication ceremony today.  We were blessed with a good turn out, to include 99% of our AZ State FOP Executive Board, other FOP Lodge members, and a bunch of community members.  Thank you to everyone who attended this morning.
