We have a new "POINT OF CONTACT" locally for your Verizon needs.  George Pesce is our FOP guy, and you will need to contact him before you contact Verizon customer support.  By contacting him first, you will determine if and when he will be avialable for Verizon to call him and gain authorization for you to do anything with your account.  Below is is phone number and email address. 

Remember, it's not the point of contact's fault that Verizon requires authorization, and also remember Pesce is volunteering his time to help out our membeship.  He is one of six in Arizona who are our points of contact between Verizon and the AZ FOP for all 4,000+ members.
